My Rating 84 Points.
Price $20.
Dark ruby in color with a purple rim.
On the nose, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, coffee, chocolates, pencil lead and light black pepper.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and long legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with cherries, blackberries, black currants, oak, raspberries, licorice, vanilla, leather, earth, spices and peppercorn.
Medium plus on the finish with firm tannins and peppercorn.
This is a nice Bordeaux style blend, from Washington State. Interesting, complex and enjoyable by itself. Will also pair nicely with beef stews or chicken dishes.
The spicy ending makes it interesting and Lively. A mix between an old world and a new world red wine. Would probably be better in a year or two in the bottle.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
13.9% alcohol by volume.
Such a lovely description. The reviews you write speak like a story.
