This is an interesting Rosé from Côtes du Frontonnais, France. Nicely balanced, with enough acidity for the RS, yet simple, and enjoyable by itself or with food.
A good wine to sip on by the pool or porch on a warm day, which is how I had it. A nice light Rosé that everyone enjoyed.
This Rosé is made especially to drink over ice. A good party wine and better over ice, although when properly chilled, it is not bad either.
Made from Négrette grapes.
11% alcohol by volume.
88 points.
$19.
There’s nothing nicer than a cold glass of rose in the summer months. I’m fortunate to live on the Cote d’Azur near to many fine producers of rose wine and we’re gradually working our way through them.

If you like Rose, you should try the “Sophia” Rose from the Coppola vineyard. It’s affordable and delicious.

I haven’t tried it, but I did not love anything from Coppola so far

I haven’t tried their other stuff yet. Sounds like I shouldn’t bother 🙂
