Bazelet HaGolan Vineyards 188 Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2015, Golan Heights, Israel

Nice color dark ruby with a wide reddish rim.

Strong nose of blackberries, sweet cherries, black currants, oak, vanilla, licorice, cloves, herbs, spices, dark chocolates, coffee, peppercorn and earth.

Full bodied and smooth with medium acidity and nice legs.

Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, bell pepper, cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, cloves, chocolates, spices, coffee, cola, pencil lead and peppercorn.

Long finish with round tannins and spices.

This is a very enjoyable Cabernet from Israel. Well balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food like BBQ steak. Already showing nice complexity and mouthfeel.
