This is a nice and enjoyable white Bordeaux. Easy drinking and good for parties. A little spicy, which makes it interesting.
Good by itself and better with food. I paired it with cheeses and crackers.
A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Fermented in Oak barrels, and aged on its lees for 10 months. Kosher and not Mevushal.
