Very pale lemon in color.

Light nose of limes, green apples, lemons, herbs and minerals.

Light to medium in body with small bubbles and medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with green apples, limes, spices, minerals and white pepper

Tangy finish with spices and limes.

This is a very tasty sparkling wine from Alsace. Crisp and elegant.

Showing nice complexity, and I loved the mouthfeel, soft and smooth.

Good right out of the bottle, and good by itself or with food. I paired it with a white fish salad and crackers.

Kosher and Mevushal.

12% alcohol by volume.

Maison Koenig Alsace Riesling 2018, France





Pale lemon in color with a golden hue.

Strong nose of lemons, limes, apples, diesel, light tropical fruits, minerals and spices.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry with a touch of RS on the palate with citrus, lemons, apples, melons, pears, spices, white pepper and minerals.

Tangy finish with limes and pepper.

This is a very enjoyable Riesling from Alsace. Easy drinking and good by itself.

Showing mild complexity and a nice mouthfeel. Nicely balanced with some sugar left, to balance the acidity.

Would be nice to see how this evolves in the next 5 years.

A good wine to sip on by the porch. I paired it Burrata and tomatoes.

Strong nose of citrus, lemons, yellow and red apples, minerals, light diesel, white pepper and sea salt.

Medium bodied with high acidity. Crisp and refreshing.

Dry to off dry on the palate with lemons, apples, pears, pineapples, spices, diesel, minerals and light earth.

Long tangy finish with limes and spices.

This is a delicious Riesling from Alsace. Tangy and bright. Showing nice complexity with a spicy aftertaste.

Tasty and enjoyable by itself or with food. Would pair nicely with spicy foods. Sushi comes to mind.

This would be interesting to try in 5 years.

Hugel & Fils Pinot Gris Classic 2015 Alsace, France

Pale lemon in color with a light golden tint.

Nose of lemons, grapefruits, light tropical fruits, pineapples, green apples, mineral and spices.

Full bodied and creamy, with medium plus acidity and nice legs.

Dry on the palate with lemons, citrus, green apples, pears, grapefruits, minerals, spices, vegetables, bitter herbs and black pepper.

Nice length on the finish with almonds.

This is a very enjoyable Pinot Gris from Alsace. Nicely balanced with nice complexity and a great mouthfeel, with a touch of sweetness on the mid palate that balances the acidity well.

Good by itself when not too chilled. A good sipping wine and good for parties, although not cheap.

Will age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years and show more complexity.

High alcohol for Pinot Grigio, but it gives it a nice mouthfeel. Easy to drink, so watch out.

Wine Enthusiasts 90 points.

I paired it with a margarita pizza on a nice afternoon.
