Dark gold in color.

Light on the nose with apples, pears, spices, light oak and vanilla.

Full bodied and smooth, with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with ripe pears, peaches, apples, light oak, Indian spices, vanilla and black pepper.

Long finish with lemons and herbs.

This is a wonderful surprise. This Sauvignon Blanc from Israel is drinking beautifully now. Feels like an aged, new world Chardonnay.

Nicely balanced and rich, with nice complexity, and really tasty.

After 2 hours of airtime, the nose became much more interesting than the palate. Love these kind of wines.

Will be interesting to revisit it in 3 years.

Very pale lemon in color with a yellow tint.

On the nose green apples, grapefruits, spices, light earth, minerals and light sea salt.

Medium-bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.

Dry on the palate with limes, grapefruits, lemons, green apples, almonds, herbs and earth.

Medium plus in length on the finish with limes and almonds.

This is a very tasty Sauvignon Blanc from Northern Israel.

Showing mild complexity, nicely balanced and rich. Fruity and tangy.

Good by itself or with food. Easy drinking and good for parties too.

Aged in French oak barrels for 2 months. Kosher and not Mevushal.

Strong nose of limes, gooseberries, citrus, green apples, tropical fruits, bananas and grapefruits.

Light in body with medium-plus acidity.

Dry and tangy on the palate with limes, grapefruits, green apples, light vegetables and white pepper.

Nice length on the finish with grapefruits and spices.

These Sauvignon Blanc blend from Israel reminds me of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Nicely balanced with nice complexity and a nice mouthfeel.

A good quality wine. Crisp and refreshing with enough acidity to pair with lemony fish dishes.

Needs 15 minutes to open up properly and show some complexity.

Good by itself or with food. I paired it with a cheese plate and crackers.

A blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Chardonnay. Grapes are grown on Mount Meron at 2,500 feet elevation. Kosher and Mevushal.

Nice tangy finish with limes and bitter almonds.

This is a nice Sauvignon Blanc from Israel. I really enjoyed the nose, which had nice complexity. Refreshing, and a good summer wine.

Good by itself or with food. I paired it with cheeses and crackers.

Soft nose of green apples, citrus, lemons, minerals and light grapefruits.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity, crisp and refreshing.

Dry on the palate with citrus, limes, green apples, light vegetables, grapefruits, lemon juice, spices and minerals.

Long finish with almonds and limes.

This is a nice surprise. A nice white blend from Israel. Showing mild complexity, and crisp and refreshing when cold. Not bitter which I really liked. Reminds me of a white wine from Northern Loire.

Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food. Will pair very nicely with oysters.

Needs 30 minutes to open up properly as it is a bit watery right out of the bottle.

Very easy to drink, so watch out.

Grapes are grown at 2500 feet elevation. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon.

Medium bodied and buttery, with medium acidity and nice legs.

Dry on the palate with grapefruits, limes, lemons, green apples, white pepper, bitter vegetables, herbs and grass.

Long finish with almonds and limes.

This is an above average Sauvignon Blanc from Israel.
Balanced with a soft bitterness feel. Enjoyable by itself or with food, or just as a sipper by the pool. Better while fresh and well chilled.

I paired it with soft and hard cheeses.

Grapes are grown in the northern Golan Heights, and fermented in oak barrels and stainless steel vats.

Dry on the palate with grapefruits, lemons, green apples, clay, white pepper, herbs and bitter almonds.

Medium finish with almonds and spices.

This 4 year old Israeli Sauvignon Blanc, is drinking nicely now, although it is a little over the hill.
Shows great balance and interesting complexity that is not found in a newer vintage.

Crisp and refreshing and enjoyable by itself or with food. A little bitter on the ending.

Medium-bodied with high acidity and somewhat creamy.

Tart on the palate and dry, with grapefruits, lemons and limes.

Nice, long finish with almonds and tart citrus fruits.

This is a nice Sauvignon Blanc from Israel. Refreshing and crisp yet Tart with some bitterness. Better with food, though. I paired it with fish on the grill.

Grapes were grown in the Golan Heights appellation.
