Dark gold in color.

Light on the nose with apples, pears, spices, light oak and vanilla.

Full bodied and smooth, with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with ripe pears, peaches, apples, light oak, Indian spices, vanilla and black pepper.

Long finish with lemons and herbs.

This is a wonderful surprise. This Sauvignon Blanc from Israel is drinking beautifully now. Feels like an aged, new world Chardonnay.

Nicely balanced and rich, with nice complexity, and really tasty.

After 2 hours of airtime, the nose became much more interesting than the palate. Love these kind of wines.

Will be interesting to revisit it in 3 years.

Pale lemon in color with a green hue.

Light to medium in body with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with mild complexity.

Showing limes, grapefruits, vegetables, earth, green apples, minerals, light honeysuckle and spices.

Medium finish with limes and herbs.

This is a nice white Bordeaux blend from Bethlehem. Crisp and refreshing. Tangy, spicy and interesting.

I’ve had a few vintages of this wine, and it is much better after a few years in the bottle. Would be interesting to revisit it in 2 years.

Good by itself and better with food.

A blend of 60% Sémillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. Aged for 4 months in (20% new) oak barrels. Kosher and not Mevushal.

Medium-bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.

Dry on the palate with limes, grapefruits, lemons, green apples, almonds, herbs and earth.

Medium plus in length on the finish with limes and almonds.

This is a very tasty Sauvignon Blanc from Northern Israel.

Showing mild complexity, nicely balanced and rich. Fruity and tangy.

Good by itself or with food. Easy drinking and good for parties too.

Aged in French oak barrels for 2 months. Kosher and not Mevushal.

This is a delicious white blend from Israel.

Light yellow in color.

Medium bodied with high acidity. Crisp and refreshing.

Dry on the palate with nice complexity.

Showing limes, citrus, green apples, grapefruits, bitter herbs, spices, peaches and minerals.

Nice finish with tangy lemon juice and a light bitterness.

Tasty and easy drinking. Good by itself or with food. An Interesting wine made with a local grape called Dabuki.

This 3 year old is drinking beautifully now. I had it 6 months ago, and this time it is so much better. Time worked it’s magic. Would be interesting to try it again in a year or two.

A blend of 50% Dabuki, 30% Gewürztraminer and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. Kosher and not Mevushal.

Sweet nose of honeydew, citrus, lemons, honey, spices, apples, herbs, light earth and minerals.

Light to medium in body with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.

Very dry on the palate with green apples, limes, spices, light earth, herbs, light vegetables and white pepper.

Tangy finish with grapefruits and light almonds.

This is a very nice white Bordeaux blend from israel. Nicely balanced with nice complexity and a crisp mouthfeel.

This 3-year-old is drinking very nicely now and better than a year ago.

Peaking now, but would be interesting to try it again in a couple of years.

Feels like a Bordeaux white with a Vouvrey twist. Loved the nose here.

Good right out of the bottle and good by itself or with food.

A blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented and aged separately in French oak barrels, on its lees. Kosher and not Mevushal.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.

Off dry on the palate with citrus, apples, pears, light honey, spices, white pepper, earth and bitter herbs.

Medium finish with tangy limes and almonds.

This is a tasty Gewurztraminer from Israel, with a lovely nose.

Well balanced with mild complexity and a soft mouthfeel. A good wine to have by the pool.

Good by itself or with food. I paired it with a Charcuterie board of cheeses, crackers and nuts. Paired nicely with the goat cheese.

Aged in stainless steel vats for 3 months. Kosher and not Mevushal.

This is an interesting Chardonnay from Israel. Drinks like an old world white from the South of France.

This 3 year old Chardonnay is showing nice complexity now, and earthier than I expected it to be.

A good food wine that I paired with cheeses and crackers.

Grapes were fermented on their natural yeast. Aged in French oak barrels. Kosher and not Mevushal.

This is a nice surprise. This 4 year old Sémillon blend from Israel is still very tasty.

I had this vintage almost 3 years ago, and it is even better now. Lost some of the fruit as expected, but still tasting very fresh. Would be interesting to try it again in a couple of years.

Good right out of the bottle and better with a nice chill.

I paired it with cheeses and crackers.

A blend of 60% Sémillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. A very small production of only 850 bottles. This is bottle number 612. Kosher.

Golden in color.

Spicy nose with ripen yellow apples, spices, light vanilla, wood, bitter herbs, vegetables, apricots, peppercorn, citrus and lemons.

Full bodied with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with apples, over ripened citrus fruits, lemons, light butter, herbs, limes, spices and black pepper.

Tangy finish with black pepper and limes.

This 3 year old Roussanne from Israel is delicious now. Showing nice complexity with a great buttery mouthfeel.

I had it a year ago, and it is drinking nicer now. Would be nice to see how this evolves in the next year or two. Nicer when it opens up (30 minutes). A good quality wine.

Good by itself or with food. I paired it with grape leaves, crackers, cheeses and olives.

100% Roussanne grapes from the Galilee were aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Kosher.
