Very pale lemon in color with a yellow tint.
On the nose green apples, grapefruits, spices, light earth, minerals and light sea salt.
Medium-bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.
Dry on the palate with limes, grapefruits, lemons, green apples, almonds, herbs and earth.
Medium plus in length on the finish with limes and almonds.
This is a very tasty Sauvignon Blanc from Northern Israel.
Showing mild complexity, nicely balanced and rich. Fruity and tangy.
Good by itself or with food. Easy drinking and good for parties too.
Aged in French oak barrels for 2 months. Kosher and not Mevushal.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
