This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley.
Full bodied and smooth with a long finish.
Dry and fruity on the palate with medium acidity and long legs.
Showing black fruits with tobacco, chocolates, coffee, peppercorn, cedar, vanilla and spices.
Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. Fruit forward, elegant and rich.
Showing nice complexity with a smooth mouthfeel. Spicy and interesting.

I had this vintage a couple of years ago. Still young, but already delicious. Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.
I paired it with a Charcuterie board of meats and fresh vegetables.
A blend of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Cabernet Franc. Aged for 22 months in (60% new) French Oak barrels. A tiny production of only 1,600 bottles produced.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
