Light to medium in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing limes, grapefruits, lemons, minerals, citrus, green apples and white pepper.
This is a nice surprise. This 4 year old Sémillon blend from Israel is still very tasty.
I had this vintage almost 3 years ago, and it is even better now. Lost some of the fruit as expected, but still tasting very fresh. Would be interesting to try it again in a couple of years.
Good right out of the bottle and better with a nice chill.
I paired it with cheeses and crackers.
A blend of 60% Sémillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. A very small production of only 850 bottles. This is bottle number 612. Kosher.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.
$30.
Thank you for this. I have never seen it here.
