Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.
Fruity nose with blueberries, blackberries, black cherries, earth, oak, light vanilla, herbs, green vegetables, tobacco, dark chocolates and black pepper.
Full-bodied and smooth with medium acidity and long fat legs.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, black cherries, oak, earth, vanilla, tobacco leaf, licorice, spices, chocolates, light cola, peppercorn and graphite.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
Here is another delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Still young and needs a few years to mature, but already very tasty.
Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel, and not as fruity as you might expect, which is nice to see.
Good right out of the bottle and better after 3 hours of airtime, when complexity comes in.
Smooth and engaging, elegant and spicy.
Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. I paired it with cheeses and fresh blackberries.
