This is a very tasty Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. Nicely balanced with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel.
A good wine to drink all by itself, but good with food too. Fruit forward, tangy and very tasty.
This Australian Cabernet Sauvignon from Barossa Valley drinks like a California Cabernet.
A very nice Porch Wine and good right out of the bottle. As it opens up, soft tannins come in (60 minutes). Would be interesting to see how this evolves in the next 3 to 5 years.
I paired it with a Charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged in American Oak barrels for 18 months. A small production of only 455 cases.
