Dry and extremely fruity on the palate with blackberries, black plums, vanilla, licorice, earth, spices, peppercorn, chocolates, tobacco, graphite and light vegetables.
Medium finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is an enjoyable Red Blend from Lodi California. Very fruity and spicy with mild complexity and a great mouthfeel.
Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up and builds some structure.
Good for parties and good by itself or with food.

Yes I tried it earlier this year and I liked it a lot too. A bit on the pricey side compared to the other red blends that I buy usually though. Their 7 deadly zins Lodi old vine Zinfandel is very good too.
