William Hill Estate Winery North Coast Sauvignon Blanc 2015, California

My Rating 82 Points.

Price $15.
Light straw in color with a golden hue.

Nice nose of cat’s pee, lemons, citrus, green apples, grapefruits, bitter almonds, spices, herbs and grass.

Light to medium bodied with medium plus acidity, refreshing and crisp.

Dry on the palate with citrus, lemons, gooseberry, grapefruits, green apples, white pepper, biter herbs, spices and black pepper.

Medium plus on the finish with grapefruits and almonds.

A nice Sauvignon Blanc from California. Simple and refreshing when very chilled. Crisp with a tangy finish. Drink now.

Enjoyable by itself or with food. I paired it with a seafood dish.

13.1% alcohol by volume.
