Medium to full bodied, crisp and refreshing, with medium plus acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with grapefruits, limes, lemons, green apples, pears, pepper and spices.
Medium plus on the finish with tangy limes.
An above average Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley.
Well balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food, like seafood.
Has a great nose, better than the palate. Not much in complexity, though. Better when very chilled.
I had it by itself by the pool, which was lovely.
