Very aromatic nose of lemons, white flowers, green apples, grapefruits, cantaloupe, cat’s pee, green herbs and spices.
Medium to full bodied and crisp, with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with green apples, grapefruits, cream, limes, minerals, lemons and white pepper.
Long finish with a tangy ending.
A nice Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand. Very true to its origin in flavor. Simple and easy drinking with nice balance. Good food wine as well. I Paired it nicely with seafood.
