Deep inky in color with a thin ruby rim.

Wonderful sweet nose of black currants, blackberries, cooked cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, cloves, earth, leather, green pepper, mocha, alcohol, espresso, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, spices and black pepper.

Full bodied, rich and powerful, with high acidity and long long legs.

Sweet on the palate with cooked blackberries, black currants, raisins, dried figs, cooked cherries, leather, smoke, chocolates, mocha, licorice, raisins, spices, leather, smoke, milk chocolate, dark roast coffee and peppercorn.
Long long finish with round tannins and a sweet ending.

What a great Vintage Port this is. So enjoyable and balanced. With great complexity and an awesome nose. A little hot at the back of the throat, though.

A Great dessert wine that is good all by itself. Can be paired with sweet desserts like cheesecakes.

Delightful and delicious. A great finish at the Thanksgiving dinner.

20% alcohol by volume.
