Price $35.

Dark Ruby / Inky in color with a dark purple Rim.

Fruity on the nose with cherries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, cloves, oak, licorice, vanilla, earth, dirt and black pepper.

Full-bodied with high acidity and nice legs.

Fruity and dry on the palate with cherries, strawberries, pomegranate, oak, Earth, forest floor, cloves, Cedar, chocolates, Cola and black pepper.

Long finish with firm tannins and light peppercorn.

A nice Cabernet Sauvignon from the Judean Hills in Israel, with an Old World style.
Enjoyable now, but needs three years to smooth out and become even better.

95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot.

Aged for 12 months in French Oak barrels.

13.5% alcohol by volume.
