Fruity on the nose with lemons, diesel, grapefruits, citrus, light yeast and metals.
Medium plus in body and crisp with high acidity.
Dry on the palate with citrus, lemons, butter, diesel, grapefruits, cream and yeast.
Creamy finish with some spices.
A nice 100% Chenin Blanc from Israel, refreshing and enjoyable by itself or with food.
Fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 9 months.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
The Seahorse wines that I’ve tried I’ve always been consistently good, with wonderful bouquets and very nicely rounded. This is a very good blog. I’ve learned a lot about wine just from reading about your descriptions. Keep up the excellent work.
