My Rating 77 Points.
Light brown in color with an orange rim.
Strong typical sherry, on the nose, with pecans, wood, strawberries, cherries, vanilla and cloves.
Off dry on the palate and start with nuts, cherries, strawberries, red currants and tart cranberries.
Full-bodied and creamy with long legs.
Long finish with spicy notes and alcohol on the back of the throat.
This sherry was not for my taste at all. Very unique, medium sweet and tart.
Very small production of 550 bottles from the Judean Hills in Israel.
18.5% alcohol by volume.
