Dark ruby / brick in color with a brick rim.

Tart and fruity on the nose with cherries, strawberries, red currants, plums and oak.

Dry and fruity on the palate with cherries, strawberries, currants, oak, plums and earth.

Medium bodied and medium finish with nice green tannins.

Austere and unbalanced right now. Needs 3 to 5 years to settle into its own.

A blend of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Merlot.
Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.
